Think Pink, Breast cancer Awareness T-Shirt

Hi there! Thanks for being patient with me. As you know per last entry, my girlfriend's mother recently passed away due to cancer. There was a lot of chaos and tasks to fill up our days for awhile. relatives were flying in, preparations had to be made for the funeral service. It's a traumatic enough experience just having lose someone you love...having to deal with so much other stuff immediately afterward that you don't even have time to grieve properly...well, it's not fair. it's cruel, in fact.

As a kind of personal service to the tragic incident, this next entry will have a cancer awareness t-shirt. I found a really beautiful one that I'm sure anyone would be proud to wear, from a shop called QuietYell. It's a pretty pink design with the Breast cancer ribbon and an outline of a star, and says 'Think Pink'. It's available in many different t-shirt styles, as well as on buttons, tote bags and other accessories.

Quick update

I just wanted to let the readers of this blog know that there's been a death in my family. Therefore, it might be a little while before I start posting again.

Crescent Moon Cherry Blossom

This is a simple, yet gorgeous artistic t-shirt design featuring a large crescent moon with scattered cherry blossom flowers. The entire design has a nice purple gradient. What's unique about this pattern is that it offers a sense of depth. Thank you, oKawa Japan Gifts.

Evolution Of American Football T-Shirt

In honor of yesterday's Superbowl (and because I forgot to post an entry yesterday), I went searching for a humorous football-themed design. Good thing Hot N Funky didn't fumble in that department. Ladies and Gentlemen, I bring forth to you the Evolution Of American Football t-shirt.

LMAOnade!

I may not be one of the elite netspeakers chatting it up in forums with language so cryptic it makes stereo instructions look like Dr. Seuss, but I do enjoy geek humor as much as the next guy. This funny t-shirt is brought to us by Elelventy-One Designs. Incidentally...awesome name for a shop! Anyways, this uber-groovaliscious geek humor t-shirt takes the acronym LMAO (which stands for Laughing My Ass Off), and attaches "made" at the end, to create a humorous take on lemonade. For good measure, it has a picture of a glass with ice & a lemon slice on the side.

Ghetto blasted Hip-Hop T-Shirt

Everyday Junglist brings us a retro hip-hip inspired design named "Ghetto blasted". It's an abstract design that features a very 80's boombox cassette player and a whole mess of casette tape. It even has the title in cursive right on the bottom. You know, in case you forget what it's called.

Abstract Meditation T-Shirt Design

Zen Buddhism is something that I've been enjoying discovering lately. There are some imaginative t-shirts out there reflecting Zen philosophy, too. Besides mine, I mean. Some a very artistic, like the one I found over at Andrea's Tees.

I like circular designs in general, and when they are abstract in nature, well...that's just all the better! This one is indeed quite surreal, with many geometric shapes on a circle background. Dark colors are the order of the day, with a theme of blue, green, yellow and orange. Really trippy to stare at! Don't hurt your eyes!
